Bathsheba Park is a scenic beachfront park on the rugged eastern coast of Barbados. It’s known for dramatic Atlantic waves, coral rock formations, and “mushroom” boulders shaped by the sea.
There are shady trees, picnic tables, and washroom facilities — great for relaxing, having a picnic, or just enjoying the view. You’ll often find small local stalls selling jewelry, clothing, and souvenirs.
The park overlooks the famous surf break “Soup Bowl”, which draws experienced surfers.
Nearby, there are natural tide pools carved in the reef — but beware: swimming is not generally recommended, due to strong rip currents and rocky terrain.
